Jumbo Cupcake
This is a chocolate cupcake filled with raspberry filling and frosted with chocolate buttercream. I also made 2 dozen yellow cupcakes filled with chocolate filling and frosted with chocolate buttercream, and 2 dozen white cupcakes filled with raspberry filling and frosted with vanilla frosting.

Dear Angela, this email is to thank you for the fabulous cupcakes you made for my husband's birthday. They were the hit of the party and almost every guest asked; "Where did you get these?!!" You're very talented, I will absolutely be ordering more goodies from you in the future. Needless to say, there were shrimp left on the buffet, there wasn't one cupcake left. :) Girl, you are talented!
