Bright Colored Flower

This is the cake I made for my daughter's 5th birthday! It's a white cake with cream cheese icing and covered and decorated with marshmallow fondant. I had the color scheme match her party plates/napkins/cups.

My friend and I worked on this cake together for her husband's 30th birthday. I think it turned out pretty awesome.

Pink petals, yellow sprinkles and a white border all make this cake look so cute.

Barbie

Happy Birthday, Sierra. The Barbie cake is a chocolate cake and the cupcakes are vanilla. I really liked making the dress on the Barbie cake. It was so fun! Everything is made of buttercream frosting (except for the plastic rings on the cupcakes and the actual Barbie doll), and I added some edible glitter to make it sparkle.

5 Little Dinosaurs Cake

My nephew turned 5 years old and this is the cake that my sister-in-law and I made. The volcano was shaped and then covered in chocolate frosting and then we added crushed oreo "lava rocks". The lava is colored piping gel, and so is the pond water. We made the trees from royal icing leaves and pretzel sticks. Five little dinosaurs and 5 little trees were the perfect touch for a 5-year-old birthday party!

Gone Fishin'

After a fight with this boy's hat I finally got the look I wanted. I've learned that straw hats aren't the easiest to make out of frosting. I'll stick with a baseball hat from now on!

Strawberry Shortcake

This was made for Leah's 1st birthday. I also made this same cake for a friend's little girl's 1st birthday.

Santa

I made this cake for a family Christmas party a couple of years ago. The sprinkles on his clothes really made him sparkle!
