It looks impressive as it is, not counting the fact that you just threw it together. Is that fondant, or a really smooth layer of icing?
This cake is just covered in icing. It wasn't as smooth as I could have made it (because I was in a hurry), but I guess it turned out better than the one I did for my demo the first night of class! :)
