Chocolate eclairs are one of Jon's favorite desserts. So, I decided to make some for him to take to a pot luck lunch at work. I'm sure they'll go fast. After I made the eclair shells I made some homemade cream filling (basically a cooked pudding), frosted them with chocolate frosting and added a special touch by putting a rosebud on each one.

Well the eclairs were really good. Every one that ate one loved it. I think I might need a dozen just for me one day.
