Luau Cake

This cake was made for a surprise 16th birthday party for a friend's daughter. They had a luau party for her. I had so much fun making this cake. It's a 1/2 sheet cake with 2 mini wonder mold (hula girls) cakes on top. I made the flowers out of royal icing and the sea shells out of candy melts and dusted them with pearl dust.

Wedding Cake

This wedding cake is made of 3 tiers. The top tier is a 6" spice cake filled with cream cheese filling. The 10" cake is a vanilla cake with lemon filling. The 14" cake is chocolate fudge with Bavarian cream filling.

Flower

Pink petals, yellow sprinkles and a white border all make this cake look so cute.

Barbie

Happy Birthday, Sierra. The Barbie cake is a chocolate cake and the cupcakes are vanilla. I really liked making the dress on the Barbie cake. It was so fun! Everything is made of buttercream frosting (except for the plastic rings on the cupcakes and the actual Barbie doll), and I added some edible glitter to make it sparkle.

Make a Splash

For Caleb's 5th birthday we are having a "water party" for him and his little friends. There will be lots of fun with the pool, slip 'n' slide, sprinklers and this fun water slide cake! He thought it was so awesome.
