Flower Sandwich

I love it when I can get multiple uses out of the same item. Take this Dancing Daisy cake pan from Wilton for example. I've made many cakes in it, and today I decided to use my favorite bread recipe and turn the flower into a large sandwich. You could also use your cake pans for molded jello, or ice cream, anything you can think of!

Memorial Day

This is a chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese filling. I made it for a Memorial Day BBQ, but it would be great for a July birthday.

These cakes were for my friend's little boy. He turned 1 year old. The helmet is for everyone to share and the "Y" cake was just for him. Both cakes are chocolate cake with chocolate icing covered in white chocolate fondant.

This is a yellow cake with chocolate filling and white chocolate fondant.

60 and Sensational

This is an 8" square chocolate cake. I filled it with chocolate cream filling and covered it in white chocolate fondant. It's decorated with red gumpaste decorations.
