These are my new FAVORITE cupcake!  Ever since my friend made these for my birthday I have been OBSESSED with them!  She found the recipe here and I have made them several times since discovering this recipe!  The only addition I have made to the recipe is adding the zest of one lime to the frosting.  YUMMY!  Enjoy!
