Happy 6th birthday, Caleb!

Olympic Spirit

My neighbor asked me to help her decorate a cake for her work party. The theme is "Olympics" and this is the design we came up with. She's also going to make a torch to put on the top, and we made some stars on wire to go around the sides. I'll try to get a picture of the finished cake once she's done with the "finishing touches". I really enjoyed making this cake. It was even better because I didn't have to make the cakes or the frosting! I just helped assemble it and we decorated it together.

Surprise Cupcakes!!

There's nothing better than a good cupcake...except when the cupcake is filled with a surprise! These are hiding a yummy filling inside!

Strawberry Filled Fondant Cupcakes

The yellow cupcakes are covered in a white chocolate fondant. The pink ones are covered in marshmallow fondant. They are all filled with strawberry filling.

This is the cake decorated before the flowers were placed

The flowers were done by the bride's florist to match the other flowers. I just placed them on the cake to cascade down the side.

Pink and Green

This is a 6", 9", 12", and 16" cake. The layers are chocolate cake with strawberry filling, and white cake with strawberry filling.
