Anniversary Cake
This is a 6" anniversary cake for my parents. It's a chocolate cake with chocolate filling. It was really yummy.

Fruit Cake and Fudge
It's that time of year again! I made 3 fruitcakes this year. I also have been making lots of fudge. I've made 25 pounds of fudge so far, and will probably make another 15 pounds before Christmas gets here! I love Christmas time.
