Happy un-Birthday Mom!


We are going to be on vacation for my mom's birthday, so I made her a cake before we left. She got to take it to work and share it with her co-workers.

Polka Dots and Stripes



This cake is covered and decorated in marshmallow fondant. The ribbon roses and the bow are the only things made out of pre-made gum paste. The 10" layer is Swiss Chocolate cake with chocolate bavarian cream filling. The 6" top layer is white cake with raspberry filling. I hope you and your family enjoyed it, Linda! I really enjoyed making it.
